Mike Flores did not take the traditional path. He built his career from the ground up in the roofing and restoration industry, working across 12 companies and generating over $100M in cumulative sales. Along the way, he mentored more than 2,500 professionals -- teaching them how to sell, how to run claims, and how to build businesses that last.
That mentorship mindset led Mike to create the original Illinois Public Adjuster exam prep curriculum. He saw too many talented people failing the PA exam because they did not have the right preparation. Self-study was not cutting it. So he built a 3-day class that targeted exactly what Pearson VUE tests, and the results spoke for themselves -- 90%+ pass rate across 800+ students and 50+ classes.
Previously, Mike ran Neighborhood Adjusters, gaining firsthand experience in the public adjusting world. That field experience -- combined with 5 years of executive coaching -- shaped the way he teaches. No theory for the sake of theory. Every lesson connects back to the exam and to real-world PA practice.
Now Mike is building Adjusters Academy X with his cousin Robert.
