These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website adjustersacademyx.com and the public adjuster exam preparation classes and related services provided by Adjusters Academy X ("we," "us," or "our"). Our offices are located at 225 E Grand Ave, Suite 215, Chicago, IL 60611. By accessing our website or registering for a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, register for a class, or opt in to receive SMS text messages from Adjusters Academy X. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. SERVICES
Adjusters Academy X provides educational instruction and study materials to help prepare students for the Illinois public adjuster licensing exam. We do not guarantee that any student will pass the exam or obtain a license. Licensing is administered by the State of Illinois and its testing partners, not by Adjusters Academy X.
3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Class registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Tuition, fees, and any applicable refund or rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. USE OF COURSE MATERIALS
All course content, quizzes, study materials, and platform features are the intellectual property of Adjusters Academy X and are provided solely for your personal exam preparation. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share access to any materials or your student login with any other person. Login credentials are individual and non-transferable, and accounts may be suspended for sharing or unauthorized access.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, scraping content, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
6. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Adjusters Academy X. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years or older to opt in to SMS messages.
Carrier liability.Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to your wireless carrier's transmission and your device's availability. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
