Our Story

Adjusters Academy X was founded by Mike Flores and Robert to give roofers and contractors a better way to pass the Illinois PA exam — without the overwhelm of traditional 3-day lecture classes.

We delivered 100% pass rates in our January & March 2026 English-only classes at Roofing Academy X.

We also built Roofing Academy X Español — the first-ever Spanish-created class for non-English speaking roofers and contractors, where 27 of 32 passed the English-only exam.

The X Method

We don't do long lectures.

We break the Pearson VUE exam into 48 concepts and teach them one at a time using hands-on iPad drills in class and our 300-question adaptive online bank that automatically repeats your weak areas until they stick.

The Curriculum

3-day intensive. 9 AM to 5 PM.

All materials, practice exams, and reference guides included.

You also get access to our 300-question adaptive online bank so you can practice exactly like you will at the Pearson VUE testing center.

Everything is built around what Pearson VUE actually tests: Illinois insurance law, policy interpretation, claims procedures, ethics, and regulations.
